If you are seeking admission to any of the following programs next year you may need to attend an audition or interview. You will also need to complete a questionnaire. (This is in addition to your application direct to Western or through UAC.)

To make an online booking for an interview or audition:
- Submit an application either directly to Western or via UAC
- Complete the online form.
- Download and complete the questionnaire. (To open the questionnaire you will need a copy of software that reads PDF files, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 (or greater). If you do not have this software you can get it here).
- Lodge the completed questionnaire to Western Sydney University according to the instructions on the questionnaire.
